He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Currell, and Roy S. Currell, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Malabre; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Nancy Currell of Kingwood; his daughter Penne; his son-in-law Paul Cobaugh of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Taylor Currell (Angie), Collin Currell (Kelly), Kady Shive (Derek) and Clay Koepke (Merritt); and his great grandchildren, Dawson Roy Shive, Brooklyn Grace Shive, Wilder Syd Currell, Kennedy Woods Currell, Carter Marie Currell and Cooper James Currell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church (2929 Woodland Hills Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339).
