He is survived by: his wife Delilah Lewis; his sons, Thomas Andrew Lewis III, Jonathan Russell Lewis (Jessica Lewis) and Cameron Mitchell Lewis (Nicole Lewis); his grandchildren, Devon Lewis, Logan Lewis, Adrian Lewis, Breanna Lewis, Ainslee Lewis and Alyx Lewis; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Villyard, Jaxston Lewis and Ryleigh Wright; and his siblings, Ronald Lewis, Albert Lewis, Kevin Lewis, Beverly Morgan, Shirley Myers and Marilyn Koehler.
