He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Frazier and Ethel Frazier (Bayless); his sibling Birda Frazier; and his sons, Jimmy Ray Frazier and Billy Dale Frazier.
He is survived by: his son Sammy "Sam" Kiah Frazier of Richmond, Virginia; his grandsons, Nicholas Frazier of Pennsylvania, Troy Michael Frazier (Miranda Frazier) of Seabrook and Cory Whitney Frazier (April Frazier) of Houston; his great grandchildren, Colton Wade Frazier of Houston, Dylan James Frazier of Seabrook and Emma Jean Frazier of Seabrook; and his sister Norma Sumrall of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel (1215 E Yeagua St, Groesbeck, TX 76642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kosse (100 N Myrtle St, Kosse, TX 76653).
