He was predeceased by: his parents, T. O. Browning (Mary) and Claudette "Snookie" Webb (Billy). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Browning; his children, Gene Moody (Serena Sauceda), Billy Lee (KayCe), Robert Lee, Preston Lee (Courtney Stuart), Hope Lee, Victoria Browning and Tina Betancourt; and his siblings, Casey Webb, Tina Browning, Gina Bennett and Thressa Vaughn. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren, and 2 on the way; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family, friends.
