He is survived by: his wife Barbara Etheridge; his children, Dustin Etheridge, Kami Smith (Michael) and Katy Roberts; his sisters, Florence Schulgen (George), Liz Ramsey, Dorothy King, Mary Sue Eunson (Steele) and Joanne McCormick (Charles); his sisters-in-law, Margaret Etheridge and Martha Etheridge; and his grandchildren, Alex Smith (Reese), Emily Smith, Graysen Leak, Ryleigh Roberts, Lane Roberts and Laiken Roberts.
