He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Nadine Meeks; and his parents, John Boyd Meeks Sr. and Norma Jean Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Meeks; his children, Logan Scott, Kristofer Blane, Lance Andrew, Aidan Connor Meeks, Madison Liana Meeks and Aislinn Meeks Springer; and his brothers, John Boyd Meeks Jr. and Daniel Meeks.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
