She was predeceased by: her sons, Jerry Lee Evans and James Edward Evans; and her husband James Lee Evans. She is survived by: her son Wendell Evans (Marilynn). She is also survived by her three grandsons, who carry forward her family.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harrell Funeral Home - Kyle (1715 Kirby, Kyle, TX 78640). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery.
