She is survived by: her husband Scott Stephens; her children, Kelly McGovern (Brian) and Clint Mapes; her grandchildren, Vincent McGovern, Kenniston McGovern, Cherry Mapes, Jack McGovern and Ruby McGovern; and her siblings, Terry Van Winkle, Carolyn Van Winkle and Kenny Van Winkle. She is also survived by her family, friends.
