He was predeceased by: his mothers, Gladys Lively and Ruby Dunlap; his siblings, Virginia Lively, Linda Baxley, Gary and Mike Lively; his grandson Dustin Rawls; and his great grandchild Maddox Mandagelo.

He is survived by: his wife Patsye; his daughters, Marilyn Rawls (David) of Pearland, Melissa Pierce of Austin and Melinda Morgan of New Caney, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tiffany Brockenbush (Paul), Destiny Rawls, Patrick Morgan (Karena), Ben Morgan (Bre) and Moe Morgan; his great grandchildren, Brett, Tyler Brockenbush, Marshall Donalson, Shayleigh Brecken and Esther Morgan; and his siblings, Shirley Milner (Joe) and A. D. Lively, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
