She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Mann DeGlandon and Dera Mae Mills DeGlandon; her husband Johnny Mayes; her children, John David and Peggy Lee Moore; her grandson Brandon "Roy Boy" Cairnes; her sons-in-law, Rick Knuden and Mike Cairnes; and her siblings, Birk DeGlandon, Crick DeGlandon, Homer DeGlandon, Marvin DeGlandon, Sadie Parkhurst and Bonnie Case.

She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Cairnes (Kathy Knudsen) of Florence; and her grandchildren, John Wolsch (Melissa), Jimmy Pat Cairnes (Amy Martin), Nikki Duncan (Wade) and Billie Curtis (Blake). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
