He was predeceased by : his mother Betty Jane Bartek; and his grandparents, Eddie Zbranek and Justina Zbranek. He is survived by : his siblings, Michael Bartek of La Grange and Brigette Bertsch; and his nephews, Dillon Michael Bartek, Ryan, Connor and Derek Bertsch.
