He was predeceased by: his wife Jane. He is survived by: his daughter Linda (Curtis); his stepson Steve (Aggie); and his brother Kirby (Dorothy). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fayette Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory (967 E Colorado St, La Grange, TX 78945). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (5743 TX-159, La Grange, TX 78945). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Florida Chapel Cemetery.
