He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelo Garcia and Dora Garcia; and his sister Gertrude Escobedo Garcia. He is survived by: his significant other Gertrude; and his children, Rodolfo (Jovita Garcia), Ruben Garcia, Joel (Donna Garcia), Marcelo Garcia, Jr., Becky (Martin Jimenez), Rachel (Ysidro Cantu) and Grace (Kenny Rutherford). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; over 40 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
