He was predeceased by: his mother Reva Ritch Day; his siblings, Harry Day and Camille Storment; and his nephew Raymond Logan Flewellen. He is survived by: his siblings, Reva Currier and Herbert Day; his siblings' children, Toni Kaupert, Kathy Reynolds and Bruce Day; and his great-nephews, Justin Davis, Thomas Kaupert and John Kaupert. He is also survived by 3 great-grand nephews and 5 great-grand nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the James Crowder Funeral Home (401 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
