He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn Tilley. He is survived by: his father Richard Tilley, Sr.; his wife Samantha Tilley; his sons, Ryan Tilley (Virginia) and Ryder Tilley; his stepson Zach Hillis; his grandchildren, Regan, Caiden and Georgia; and his sister Joy Birk (Richie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Eagle Lodge 803.
