He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Jorgensen and Lois Jorgensen; his wife Jeanette Kanady; and his daughter Robin Cole. He is survived by: his children, Kim Perry (Crystal Jorgensen) of Elgin, TX, Tom (Brenda Jorgensen) of Canyon Lake, TX, Melody (Michael Heiser) of Georgetown, TX, David R. (Amy Jorgensen), Jessica (Laura), Tonya (Julia), Jeffery (David), Joseph (Ella), Kayla (Nathan Victoria) and Cassandra (Jeanette Jorgensen); and his brother Donald Jorgensen of Dakota Dunes, SD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the North Sioux City Senior Center (301 Military Rd, North Sioux City, SD 57049).
