She was predeceased by: her parents, W. B. Matthews and DeLois Sieber Matthews; her husband Antonio "Tony" Dieste; and her son Michael Edward Dieste (Lynne). She is survived by: her son Tony Dieste (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Alex Dieste (Savannah) and Ashley Dieste; her sisters, Joan Elder and Susan Lockhart; and her goddaughter Misty Eddy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and step-grandchildren.
