He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sydney Tamminga and Eva Madelle Tamminga (Keathley); and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his children, Paloma (William), Michael and Elisabeth (Jarrad); his grandsons, Hank and Luke; and his brothers, William (Deb), David (Harriet) and John. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Zilker Botanical Garden.
