He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve White; his parents, Bailey White and Thelma Denton White; and his siblings, JoAnn Newbrough, Don White and Dennis White.
He is survived by: his daughters, Londa White of Lamesa, Gayle Kennedy (Jay Kennedy) of Cypress, Tobi White of Lamesa, Texas and Shelley Clement; his grandchildren, Billy Griffin (Jessica), Jade Joly (Michael), Bailey Griffin of St. George, UT., Josselyn Jehle (Michael) and Shanel Duvall (Spencer); and his great grandchildren, Dililah, Lily, Everest, Dean, Theo, Adalynn and Anabelle. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Gonzales Funeral Home (310 S Main Ave, Lamesa, TX 79331). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (801 S 1st St, Lamesa, TX 79331). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Dawson County Cemetery (1010 County Rd 20, Lamesa, TX 79331).
