He was predeceased by : his sons, Carmen G. Moreno, Jr. (Amanda) of Lamesa, TX. and Carmelo H. Moreno; his parents, Jesus Moreno and San Juana Moreno; and his siblings, Guadalupe Moreno, Jesus Moreno, Jr., Jimmy Moreno, Juan Moreno, Robert Moreno, Enedelia Perez and Ortensia Rodriguez.

He is survived by : his wife Rosa Moreno of Lamesa, TX.; his children, Jaine Alanis (Anthony Alanis) of Houston, TX., Frank Moreno of Seguin, TX., Jessie Russle of New Mexico, Ismael "Bambi" Moreno (Gracie Moreno) of Lamesa, TX., Raul Moreno of Lamesa, TX., Israel Moreno of Lamesa, TX. and Juan Moreno (Mylaina) of Lamesa, TX.; and his sisters, Margaret Vela of Lamesa, TX. and Estefana Rodriguez of Lamesa, TX.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
