He was predeceased by : his parents, Pedro Perez and Julia Perez; and his siblings, Mike Perez, Jesse Perez, Juan Perez, Ramon Perez, Gabriel Perez, Frank Perez, Roy Perez, Mary Helen Garcia and Anita Perez.

He is survived by : his wife Rosa Perez of Lamesa, TX.; his children, Alfonso Perez (Amanda Montez) of Lamesa, TX., Iggy Perez (Karen Perez) of Loveland, CO., Donna Cortez (Gavino Cortez) of Lamesa, TX., Monica Sauseda (Austin Sauseda) of Lamesa, TX., Stephanie Perez McDonald (Demetrius McDonald) of Windsor, CO. and Melissa Armijo (Art Armijo) of Greeley, CO.; and his siblings, Marcos Perez of Lamesa, TX., Pete Perez (Lydia Perez) of Greenwood, TX. and Gloria Cerna of Lamesa, TX.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
