With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Mullins of Lamesa, Texas, born in Dawson, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Roland Mullins and Bertha Darden Mullins (Fambro); and his sister Ruth Lance. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mullins of Lamesa; his children, Jay Mullins of Snyder and Cydne Mooney (David) of Amarillo; and his siblings, Evelyn Mayfield of Georgetown and Roland Mullins of San Angelo. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
