She is survived by: her children, Dwight Mason of Lamesa, Texas, Saresa Butler of San Antonio and Kechia Mason of Lamesa, Texas; her granddaughters, Ashleysha Mason-Kirkland of Lubbock, Texas and Samaje Mason of Lubbock, Texas; her great grandchildren, Jay Wilkes of San Antonio and Kayson Ramos of Lubbock, Texas; and her brother Jerry "Tap" Mason of Waxahachie, Texas. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Gonzales Funeral Home (310 S Main Ave, Lamesa, TX 79331). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church (1705 N Bryan Ave, Lamesa, TX 79331). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Dawson County Cemetery (1010 County Rd 20, Lamesa, TX 79331).
