He is survived by : his daughter Crystal Rodriguez (Julio); his siblings, Geneva Montoya of MarbleFalls, Ester Ibarra of Burnet, Laura Kubiak of Clifton, Rose Mary Arce of Houston, Ana Arce of Waco, Debbie Hernandez of Kempner, Sally Bailon of Lampasas, Janie Bailon of Austin, Rogelio Bailon of Lampasas, Ricky Maceyra of Lamesa, Robert Arce of Lometa and Lupe Bailon of Houston; and his wife Rose Mary Watts. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, his children and grandchildren.
