With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecil Harper in Lampasas, Texas, born in Georgetown, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal (Ray Wittekind) and Ann (Cecil Harper Sr.); and his sister Peggy McFarland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harper; his sister Sandi Pribble; his children, Jennifer Bell (Ryan), Jeremy Harper (Brittney), Jason Harper and Joe Harper; and his grandchildren, Lea Medders (Matt), Evan John (Brandon), Colton Harper, Kayleigh Harper, Karlee Harper, Blake Bell and Hayley Bell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice in his memory.
