He is survived by: his parents, Larry Stratton of Blanco and Bonnie Harrell (Conrad Magana); his wife Jessica Dalton of Lampasas; his children, Kelsey Johnson (Trey), Levi Welch of Lampasas, Trevor Welch of Lampasas and Waylon Welch of Lampasas; and his siblings, Jesse Welch, Bobby Stratton and Natasha Stratton of Blanco.
