He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard William Spivey and Annette Spivey (Roberts); his wife Jo; his sisters, Lynette and Karen; and his son-in-law Alberto "Bert" Lopez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hall (Paul), Serina Parker and Amanda Lopez; and his grandchildren, Reece, Kenzlee, Lindzy, Ramsie, Brynlee, Blakelyn, Shyan and Shawn. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lampasas County Youth Livestock Association or the Ladies Auxiliary in Leonard's name.
