The passing of Nancy K. Hepler of Lampasas, Texas, born in Joliet, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Foster and Mary McNeil Foster; her husband John F. Hepler Jr.; her children, Laura and John Hepler III; and her sister Jackie White.

She is survived by : her granddaughter Sundee Barbero; her children, Joni Barbero (Jerry) of Lampasas, TX and Guy Hepler of Carlsbad, NM; her brothers, Jim Foster (Faye) and Bill Cox (Kim); and her sister-in-law Mary Ray Foster. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Murman and Wilson Funeral Home (211 W Broadway Blvd, Johnston City, IL 62951).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
