He was predeceased by: his wife Amber Pacheco; and his father Juan Pacheco. He is survived by: his sons, Angel and Corbin Pacheco; his mother Griselda Pacheco; his daughter Denisse Pacheco (Henry Smothers IV); his siblings, Miguel Pacheco and Elizabeth Pacheco; and his grandson Henry Smothers VI.
