With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Chambers of Lancaster, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clyde and Berta Lee Denton; her parents, Page Denton and Dorothy Denton; her brother Page Denton Jr.; her children, Robert Chambers and Sherry Chambers Bates; and her son-in-law John R Bates.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Chambers; her granddaughters, Chelsea Brantley (Lance), Haley Bates and Presley Mullins; her great grandchildren, Ayden Chambers, Ashlynn Bishop, Remington Harlow, Breka Brantley, Gage Brantley, Nolan Brantley, Larkin Brantley and Corbin Brantley; and her sister Sandy Givens. She is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Byrum Funeral Home Chapel (425 N Dallas Ave, Lancaster, TX 75146). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of her daughter Sherry Chambers Bates.
