She was predeceased by : her parents, Grady Henry Hill and Jewel Leon Chaddick Hill (Windol Scarborough); her son Gerald Scarborough; and her siblings, Evelyn, Clara, Daphne, Clarence, Jack and Jim.

She is survived by : her husband Windol Scarborough; her son Dennis Scarborough (Heather); and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Scarborough and Robert Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lancaster I.S.D. School Supply Fund at First Baptist Church of Lancaster, in Lancaster, Texas.
