He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Gayle McCumsey; his parents, Glenn Warren and Christine Marie McCumsey; his brother Ricky Warren McCumsey; and his sister-in-law Judy Estelle McCumsey.
He is survived by: his son Douglas Lee McCumsey (Brittany); his grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Maggie and Kellan; and his brother Randy McCumsey (Jann). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
