He was predeceased by : his parents, Garcia William Lusk and Estes Rose Wetherford Lusk; and his siblings, Junius Lusk, Bob Lusk, Orvia Neal Lusk, Weldon Lusk, Betty Troxell and Nelda Pynes.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Lusk; his pets, Buddy and Trixie; his sister Linda Lusk; his daughters, Tricia Douglas and Tracie DeBolt; his sons-in-law, Mitch Douglas and Darin DeBolt; his grandchildren, Kevin Grounds (Brittany), Jordynn Winders (Tanner), Danielle DeBolt and Samantha DeBolt; and his great grandchildren, Kody, Khloe Grounds, Karsynn and Tynslee Winders.
