He is survived by: his wife Rosa T. Diaz; his sons, Abraham Heriberto Diaz Jr. (Irene) and Daniel Diaz; his grandchildren, Lilia Diaz, Liliana Diaz, Abraham H. Diaz III (Stephanie) and Marcial Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Briana Lozano, Brandon Lozano, Abraham H. Diaz IV and Eli Diaz; his siblings, Jose Guadalupe Diaz and Carmen Diaz Simon (John); his nieces and nephews, Diane Rabkin (Alan), Judy Munoz (Orlando), Sara Belmontes (Larry), Gracie Martinez (Pete), Amy Clark, Johnny Simon, Rafael Juarez III (Imelda) and Ruben Juarez; Salvador "Chava" Gonzalez, Juan Rivera, Tico Perez, Alfredo "Freddy" Perez and Mario Renteria. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
