Puig, Adolph E. Puig III (Victoria), Michael J. Puig, Christopher J. Puig (Anna Laura), Laura E. Puig, Megan D. Puig, Andria L. Puig, Jessica L. Garcia, Gerardo L. Garcia, Daniel A. Garcia, Rebecca N. Garcia (Bryce Turner) and Vanessa E. Garcia; his great grandchild Lucas E. Puig; his stepbrother Robert "Butch" Peck (Mitsue); and his brother-in-law Dr. Elias Prieto. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
