He is survived by: his wife Elvira; his children, Melba Henry (David), Alex Gutierrez (Thelma), Diana Rodriguez (Oscar), Sylvia Drake (Bret), Rey Gutierrez (Jean), Eddie Gutierrez (Lia) and David Gutierrez (Claudette); his grandchildren, Cristina Baumgardner (Andrew), Michael Gutierrez (Hayley), Andrea Lee (Brian), Edward Drake (Alessandra), Michael Henry, Stephen Drake (Rachael), Lexie Gutierrez, Heather Koogler (Ryan), Rachel Dyrhaug (Jackson), David Gutierrez Jr. and Alejandro O. Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Lauren, Kathryn Baumgardner, Rafael, Gavin Gutierrez, Jacob, Noah Lee, Camila, Conrad Drake, Adison, Judah, Rhett Koogler, Oliver Gutierrez and Gianna Gutierrez; his grandsons, Edward Addison Drake, Stephen Alexander Drake, Rey Gutierrez, Kelley Gutierrez and Alejandro Oscar Gutierrez; and his caregivers, Manuelita, Conchita and Maria. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
