He is survived by: his parents, Ricardo Noe and Raquel Perez; his sister Elicia N. Perez (Jay Ryan Medina); his grandmothers, Mary Rocha and Minerva Perez; his aunts and uncles, Sandra D. Stewart (Edward), Roque Perez (Adriana) and Camelia Gonzalez (David); his godfather Ricardo Ramos, Jr. (Magdalena); and his cousins, Luke Edward Stewart, Ramiro E. Perez (Marlene), Victoria A. Gracia (Efren), Alessandra I. Perez, Joseph B. Gonzalez, Graciela M. Gonzalez and Anthony E. Gonzalez. He is also survived by relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1105 Tilden Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
