It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfredo Gonzalez (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Anita T. Gonzalez; and his sons, Gerardo "Jerry" Gonzalez and Armando Gonzalez. He is survived by: his children, Christina Gamez (Jose), Alfredo Gonzalez Jr. (Pat), Alberto Gonzalez (Cheryl) and Elizabeth Chavez (Santiago); his grandchildren, Jose "Joey", Jessica Ramos, Alfredo Gonzalez III, Armando Gonzalez, Alexis Gonzalez, Alberto Gonzalez Jr., Alejandro Gonzalez, Andres Gerardo Gonzalez, Dayna Smith, Santiago Chavez III, Stephanie Chavez, Eduardo Chavez and Ismael Chavez; and his daughter-in-law Duvina Gonzalez. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and other family and friends.
