She is survived by: her husband Luis Rangel Jr.; her children, Jeremiah Rangel and Rebekah Joy Rangel-Nieto; her grandchildren, Soffia Oralia Rangel, Scarlett Elizabeth Nieto and Skylar Bexley Nieto; her siblings, Elizabeth Renteria (Jose Luis) of Laredo, TX, Enrique Nora, Jr. (Teresa Beltran) of Laredo, TX, Enoch Nora of Laredo, TX and Elijah Nora (Marisol Gonzalez) of Laredo, TX; and her stepmother Cristina Tamez-Nora of Laredo, TX.. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
