She was predeceased by : her father Manuel Ibarra. She is survived by : her husband Jose Ponce; her children, Angie Villarreal (Jose Alberto), Jose Ponce, Jr., Manuel Ramiro Ponce and Jonathan Ponce (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Araceli Graciela Villarreal, Jose Alberto Villarreal, Jr., Presley Ponce, Dakota Ponce, Elijah Ponce and Matthew Ponce; and her mother Ernestina Ibarra. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, and other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services. A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joe Jackson Heights Funeral & Cremation Service (719 N Loring Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels (719 N Loring Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1105 Tilden Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
