She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberto Tobias and Francisca Tobias; her siblings, Josie Gonzalez, Maria Hilda Gonzalez, Gloria T. Tobias, Norma Jimenez, Jose Santos Tobias, Juan Antonio Tobias and Gabriel Tobias; and her grandson Rito S. Palacios III.
She is survived by: her husband Roberto Carreon Garza; her children, Rito Salomon Palacios, Eduardo Palacios, Armando Roberto Garza and Jorge Alberto Garza; her grandchildren, Agatha Palacios, Peyton Palacios, Gabriela Palacios and Jorge Garza, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Camila Mia Pantoja and Isabella Pantoja; and her siblings, Pilar Solis, Janie Garcia, Martin Tobias, Yolanda Vilma Holguin, Laura Elsie Salinas, Roberto Leandro Garza and Roberto Tobias, Jr.. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson Heights Funeral & Cremation Service (719 N Loring Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A rosary was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels (719 N Loring Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A Mass was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the San Martin de Porres Catholic Church (1704 Sandman St, Laredo, TX 78041).
