She was predeceased by : her parents, Eusebio Torres and Julia Torres; her sisters, Maria De Jesus Guerra, Estela Noyola and Consuelo Dovalina; and her son Rodolfo Garcia Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Rogelio Garcia (Minnie), Maria C and Nancy Garcia. She is also survived by Her 11 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great Great-Grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 8:30 AM and at 9:00 AM. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
