He is survived by: his wife Estrella Salinas; his children, Estrella Salinas, Laura Marsh (Duke), Sandra Ramirez (Juan), Octavio Salinas (Rosario), Hugo Salinas (Christina), Jorge Salinas (Laura), Jaime Salinas, Naureen Salinas, Norberto Salinas (Rebecca), Marina Solis (Ruben), Linda Salinas, Araceli Salinas, Elsa and David Salinas; and his brother Santiago Salinas. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
