It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arturo Wise (Laredo, Texas), born in Asherton, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wise and Romana L. Wise; his wife Rosa O. Wise; his son Luis Enrique Wise; his great grandchild Samuel Alejandro Camacho; and his siblings, Rudy, Tomas, Jesus, Gilberto Wise, Lucia Wise and Josefa Campos.

He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Bravo Wise (Francisco P. Gonzalez) and Dora Camacho (Fernando); his grandchildren, Jessica Bañuelos (Jose), Nick Bravo (Sylvia), Mayra Camacho, Fernando Camacho Jr., Perla Wise, Melissa Wise (Chris Limon) and Luis Daniel Wise (Jennifer); and his sisters, Emma Castellano and Anita Wise.
