He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorge Galvan and Rafaela Contreras De Galvan. He is survived by: his children, Maria Zarate (Cecilio), Alfredo Galvan (Rosa), Jorge Galvan (Rita), Rafael Galvan (Leonor), Pedro Galvan (Blanca), Ricardo Galvan (Claudia), Mayra Soto (Victor) and Cindy Galvan; and his caregiver Dr. Nimchan. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
