It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belio Soto of Laredo, Texas, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Soto and Maria Soto; his children, Valentin Soto and Velio Francisco Soto; and his siblings, Arturo Soto Cerda, Jose Soto Cerda, Guadalupe Soto Cerda and Alfredo Soto.
He is survived by: his children, Ofelia Ramirez, Juan Jose Soto, Cecilia A. Soto, Jaime Soto (Claudia) and Alicia Satcher (David). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as an abundance of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
