She was predeceased by: her husband Eduardo Jose Sanchez, Sr.; her daughter Sylvia Sanchez Ramos; her great grandchild Baby Raymond Medellin III; her parents, Felipe Sotelo and Lucinda Sotelo; and her brothers, Pedro, Francisco, Fernando and Reynaldo Sotelo.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Luisa Carrizales, Sr. (Jesus), Eduardo Jose Sanchez, Jr. (Mireya), Ricardo A. Sanchez (Maria Margarita), Roberto Sanchez, Diana Sanchez, Benita Baby Magaña and Marco Antonio Sanchez (Monica); her siblings, Berta Soto, Feliz Salazar, Maria Magdalena Sotelo, Felipe, Roberto "Mario" Sotelo (Jazmin) and Oscar Sotelo; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
