She was predeceased by : her parents, Antonio Cavazos, and Berta Isaura Cavazos, Sr.; and her brothers, Antonio Cavazos, Jr., Hector V. Cavazos, Rodolfo Cavazos, Carlos Z. Cavazos and Roberto Cavazos.

She is survived by : her daughter Jessica Marie Cavazos; her grandson Steven Michael Rubio; and her siblings, Juanita Imelda Cavazos, Julio Cavazos, Jesus Cavazos (Francisca) and Jose Cavazos. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
