She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Carrillo and Estefana Carrillo; and her siblings, Raymundo Carrillo, Ricardo Carrillo, Odilia Gonzalez and Ruben Carrillo.
She is survived by: her husband George T. Barrera; her daughter Imelda Herrera; her grandson Rene Herrera; her son Mario Barrera (Dolores); her granddaughters, Stephanie, Katherine, Frances and Andrea Barrera; her daughter Rebecca Singhal (Anil); her grandchildren, Anjali of Thousand Oaks, CA, Valmiki of Thousand Oaks, CA and Rakesh Singhal of Thousand Oaks, CA; her son George Barrera (Sandra); her granddaughters, Shelby, Elizabeth and Christina Barrera; and her siblings, Leonor Garza of McAllen, TX and Rene Carrillo of Costa Rica. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loved relatives, and friends.
She left a legacy of love, charity, and care for humankind.
