She is survived by: her husband Jose Castillo Jr.; her sons, Jose Castillo III (Grace) and Roberto Castillo (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Jennifer L. Trevino, Jonathan Castillo (Andrea), Lauren N. Valdez, Roberto Castillo II, Jorge Robert Castillo and Austin Castillo; her sons, Leslie Michelle Trevino, Lindsey C. Castillo and Nathan Castillo; her nephew Phillip Williams Jr.; and her sister Rosario Garza Williams.
